Helping Doctors in Difficulty
A significant minority of doctors in training find themselves in difficulty at some stage. The types of difficulty are many and varied; some major, some minor. The processes for managing trainees in difficulty are also many and varied, but perhaps not as well known to those involved as they might be, and not always as well coordinated as we might like. It is for this reason that we provide a comprehensive guide, aimed at all levels of trainers and educators, to managing the doctor in difficulty.
