PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE ROYAL COLLEGE FOR REGISTRAR TRAINING. The form is downloadable from www.rcoa.ac.uk. This avoids countless problems later. The bit of the form regarding the proposed training scheme has to be completed and countersigned by Dr Cruickshank or Dr Evans.

Educational targets for SpR Year 1 in DGH:

1. Completion of General Units of Training (this comprises a workplace assessment and can be completed by supervising consultant after single operating list)
2. Completion of Key Unit of Training in Pain Management
3. ENROL FOR THE FFP (Final Fellowship Programme) (see below) Do it soon as you may have to juggle your call days.
4. Adjust to the rarefied world of being a Registrar.

Final Fellowship Programme
