I am a foreign national (Non-EU) and would like to work as a Dentist in the UK, how do I go about this?
You should contact the General Dental Council in London in the first instance.  All dentists working in the UK (whether NHS or Private) must be registered with the General Dental Council and obtain a GDC Number with which to practice dentistry. Go to the GDC website for further information.
If you wish to work in the NHS in the UK, you will first of all need to take an English Language Test (IELTS) and then proceed to take the International Qualifying Examination (IQE).  Further details can be obtain from the GDC Website above.
