As the Yorkshire Deanery’s Workforce Support Advisor and Personal Development Plan Tutor I am delighted to be given the opportunity to support dentists and their practice team in addressing all their education needs. I believe that by using a Personal Development Plan the dental team can focus their thoughts on training and education needs so that maximum benefit is derived from your valuable time spent on your CPD activities.
Dentists planning career breaks and dentists returning to work after a break can take advantage of the Deanery’s Workforce Support Advisor service. I am here to provide one to one and confidential guidance during the difficulties of planning career breaks.
