Appraisal, Assessment and Feedback
This section deals with how the foundation trainee appraisal and assessment processes work, including the use of the national Foundation Training Learning Portfolio and the mandatory assessments which have to be undertaken during the years. It outlines the sign-off procedure at the end of F1 and F2.
The section also covers how trainees can give feedback about their training posts and the mechanisms by which the Yorkshire Deanery quality assures the foundation training placements.
