The Process to follow in the case of a F1 trainee wishing to change schools for F2:

Trainee raises with Foundation Training Programme Director (FTPD) the intention to apply for transfer.If FTPD agrees the application can go ahead:-
Trainee completes the application form ‘Foundation Programme: Application for an Inter-Deanery Transfer’ and attaches:
Letter from the trainee, of no more than one side, stating reasons for transfer
Letter from FTPD supporting the application.
Any other relevant supporting document(s) (eg: medical report)
Trainee submits form and papers for approval by FTPD.
FTPD signs the form and forwards for approval and signature by the Foundation School Director (FSD).
FSD forwards signed application form and papers to the local Postgraduate Dean, to sign off.
Successful applications will be passed on to the receiving Foundation School/Deanery with copies forwarded to relevant local FSD.
The trainee will be notified in writing of the outcome of their application.
The final decision rests with the receiving deanery.
The final date for receipt of applications is 15 December annually.
