This might perhaps be a hybrid 1:12 partial shift/on-call for SHOs in Obs & Gynae, with a partial shift for Obstetrics and an on-call for Gynaecology. It might be a 24 hour partial shift during the week for Anaesthetics, with on-call at the weekend which is less busy.
