The majority of correspondence to trainees is done by e-mail and therefore it is essential that we always have an up to date e-mail address and that you open your e-mails and read them at least once a week. Addresses and telephone numbers including mobiles are also important as we will occasionally mail you information and may need to contact you urgently.
Your personal details, in particular your e-mail address or telephone number, may be requested by a member of staff. If you have any objections please let us know. However it will not be divulged to non-medical staff i.e. patients, reps etc.
