Personal Details Submission

It is essential that every trainee keeps the Regional Adviser, Deputy Regional Adviser and Deanery up to date with any changes in their personal details i.e. correspondence address, e-mail etc...

The majority of correspondence to trainees is done by e-mail and therefore it is essential that we always have up dated e-mail address and that you open your e-mails and read them at least once a week. You should expect to receive e-mails regarding RITA, rotations and general updates. Addresses and telephone numbers including mobiles are also important as we will occasionally mail you information and may need to contact you urgently.

Your personal details in particular your e-mail address or telephone number may be requested by a member of staff. If you have any objections please let us know. However it will not be divulged to non-medical staff i.e. patients, reps etc.

It is essential that any change in contact details (e-mail, address etc) are immediately forwarded to the Regional Adviser, and Deanery. This can be done by filling in the appropriate form.
